I was so glad that I could sign into YouTube with my Google account. I'm not sure how I'm going to keep track of all the new user names and passwords from this exercise!! I had to post the FaceBook parody cause I am a Facebook junkie!! I think need AA or therapy or something!!

I created a Del.icio.us account and added the tag and my Del.icio.us buttons to my browser tool bar. I added a couple sites and watched the tutorial. I probably wont use Del.icio.us beyond this exercise.

I also created a Technorati account, claimed my blog and added a button to my blog.

Had my first conversation with Steve on Skype. It was kind of weird seeing someone when talking to them on the phone!! Worked good, but it echoes on my end!!

I'm a big fan of Instant Messaging. I've been using MSN for a awhile now, but I have a lack of contacts!! I still have friends without computers and the ones that do don't care to use MSN or are afraid that they will get caught at work!! (just turn off the volume!!) I use Meebo.com if I'm not on my own computer. I also text message using my cell phone.

I installed Skype on my Macbook, and it seems to have went ok. I added the button to my Blog, but I can't figure out how to show my status. Once again I have no contacts!! I had it search my address book and I found two. Skype might come in handy for me because I don't have a land line and this might cut down on some of my cell minutes.

I created a login and added one picture to my account. I've been sick and then busy painting this week, so I haven't really done much else with it. I don't own a camera so I have very few pictures (and any of the pictures I do have I'd have to photoshop someone out of them!!) So I either have to borrow a camera from work and go take some pictures or bring in old ones and scan them. Flickr did seem pretty cool though!!

Once upon a time, I created a Blog just for the Buchanan Library. But since I have so many user names and passwords, I can't remember how to get back to it!! So if anyone happens to come across it during their internet travels, please let me know!!
